So author, professor, and biblical scholar Amy-Jill Levine introduces her study “Light of the World: a Beginners Guide to Advent.”

The Thursday Women’s Bible Study will launch into Advent with this fascinating four-week book and video series on Thursday, November 21 from 9:30-11 a.m. in the Library at the Maple Street location. 

Books will be available for purchase in the church office, but come even if you haven’t had the chance to read in advance! Our discussions, led by the Rev. Dr. Gloria Hopewell, are always lively and thought-provoking! We also stream the sessions on Zoom.
