Thank you for donating to Christ Church Rummage! Every item you donate serves a valuable purpose in multiple ways. First, we sell all donated items that are in good condition to those who often cannot afford the kind of quality merchandise we offer.  The proceeds from our Annual Rummage Sales are given away as Grants to local nonprofits who rely on them to sustain their mission. What we don’t sell is donated to nonprofits all over Chicagoland who serve those in need.  Donating to Rummage is also environmentally responsible, because it keeps useful items out of landfills.


Furniture pickups will resume January of 2025

Contact the Rummage Director for furniture pick-ups and follow these steps:

  • Please include images of each item for donation consideration. Once an item is approved, we will then add it to the next scheduled pickup date.

  • We pick up once monthly, generally on Tuesdays at the beginning of the month. Dates can be subject to change due to the availability of staff and/or rental trucks.

  • We service the New Trier Township. The township comprises the villages of Wilmette, Kenilworth, Winnetka, Glencoe, and portions of Glenview and Northfield.

  • We charge a $35 pickup fee, made payable by Venmo (@CCWGiving)
    Venmo QR code or check made payable to Christ Church.

Important: there are items that we do not take.

Please note that while we sell almost everything at our annual Rummage Sales, there are some items we cannot accept including mattresses, office furniture, tube TVs, and damaged, broken, or stained items.
